  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 8 ounces shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 12 slices turkey slices
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
