- 16 oz Brussels sprouts
- 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt (blend of garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, oregano)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Melt butter and mix it with olive oil; drizzle half into your baking dish.
