  • 16 oz Brussels sprouts
  • 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt (blend of garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, oregano)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Melt butter and mix it with olive oil; drizzle half into your baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta over the butter mixture.
  5. Place halved Brussels sprouts on top of the feta and press down gently.
  6. Brush remaining butter mixture over the sprouts and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes; let rest for 5-10 minutes after baking.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
