  • ½ cup Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • Fresh pepper to taste
  • ½ cup thinly sliced celery
  • Blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Ranch dressing (optional)
  • 2 heads of lettuce (romaine or iceberg)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium/high heat, cook the chicken with ½ cup of water until it shreds easily with two forks.

  3. Stir in sliced celery before removing from heat.
