  • 56 large Portobello mushrooms (stem removed)
  • 56 fresh mozzarella cheese balls (sliced thinly)
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes (sliced thinly)
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare garlic butter by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in crushed garlic and parsley; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Clean the Portobello mushrooms, removing stems and patting dry.
  3. Arrange the mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with garlic butter, then layer with mozzarella and tomatoes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle balsamic vinegar before serving.
