  • 4 cups chopped green cabbage

  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chopped cabbage and sauté for another five minutes until slightly wilted yet crunchy.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, and sesame oil until smooth. Pour over the stir-fry mixture.
