  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • â…“ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan.
  2. Cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet mixture along with sour cream.
