  • 1 pound (450g) Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (unsalted)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley or Basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions in salted boiling water until they float; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt olive oil and butter. Add shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp.
