  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, cream softened butter until fluffy. Add brown sugar, flour, and salt; mix until crumbly.
  3. Press 1 3/4 cups of the crumb mixture into the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust, sprinkle reserved crumbs, then add crushed raspberries and mini chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until set around edges but slightly soft in the center.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
