  • 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 15 minutes for enhanced flavor and tenderness.
