  • 1 egg (or flax egg)

Instructions

  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill the muffin tin with batter and bake for about 10 minutes for mini muffins or 15 minutes for regular-sized muffins.
  6. Allow cooling in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
