If you’re on the hunt for a delightful Halloween treat that combines fun and flavor, look no further than these Ghost Truffles! These adorable bite-sized sweets are made with rich Oreo cookies and creamy chocolate frosting, all coated in smooth white candy melts.

Ingredients

  • 24 chocolate Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup store-bought chocolate frosting
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups white candy melts
  • 2 tablespoons black candy melts

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with chocolate frosting and salt until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into bell-like forms and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt the white candy melts according to package instructions.
  7. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted coating, letting excess drip off.
  8. Once set, melt black candy melts and pipe on eyes and mouths.
