  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy melts
  • Toppings (sprinkles, candy eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with vegetable spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil; beat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes until done. Cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  5. Mix in the frosting until well combined.
  6. Roll small portions of the mixture into balls (about one inch in diameter) and place on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  8. Melt candy melts in intervals until smooth.
  9. Dip one end of each stick into melted candy before inserting it into each chilled cake ball.
  10. Dip each pop fully into melted candy melts and decorate while wet.
