  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, sliced thin
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 to 2 pounds skirt steak, cleaned of membranes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, apple cider vinegar, ginger, chili flakes, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place skirt steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
