  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add spinach until wilted.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed spinach, artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
