  • 4 cups cubed rotisserie chicken
  • 3/4 cup no added sugar marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup finely crushed parmesan crisps
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Combine Italian seasoning, marinara sauce, almond flour, and chicken in the skillet; cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and pour in the chicken mixture.
  5. Layer with parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crushed parmesan crisps on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
