  • 2 cups cold milk

  3. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture.
  4. Crush three-quarters of the cookies in a zip-top bag.
  5. Melt Lotus Biscoff spread in short intervals until pourable.
  6. Layer crushed cookies at the bottom of your dish, drizzle with melted spread, then add the pudding-whipped cream mixture.
  7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up; finish with whipped cream on top.
  8. Drizzle more Biscoff spread over the top and chill for at least two hours before serving.
