  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 & 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 & 1/2 cups caramel bits
  • 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 7×11 baking dish with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth. Gradually mix in the flour and salt until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the base, followed by chopped pecans and caramel bits. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over everything.
  4. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top.
  5. Allow cooling completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
