  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 1½ tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 4 thyme sprigs
  • 5 garlic cloves (smashed)
  • 1 onion (sliced into medallions)

Instructions
