  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and lightly grease.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light. Add cocoa mixture and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl; fold into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Once cooled, pipe melted white chocolate on top in a spider web pattern.
